Radiologists who would like to become more confident with the interpretation of Imaging of Sport Injuries will find the fellowship useful.
This fellowship, which provides basic and early advanced knowledge, will give participants an overview of the common and less common presentation of Sports Injuries, as well as which imaging modality is best suited to image with, as well as to get to the correct diagnosis. Shoulder, elbow, wrist, pelvic and groin, knee, foot, ankle, and other injuries will be examined.
Each module starts with a lecture. After the lecture you will be challenged with practicing on real anonymised key cases from the TMC Academy teaching file, followed by a group discussion of the cases.
TMC Academy fellowships are held in a virtual classroom environment on Zoom. Participants are encouraged to engage in discussions making use of their camera and microphone in order to recreate the face-to-face experience.
Online sessions are recorded so that participants can review on their own time following the training.
In this small group environment among your peers, you are free to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn together with the support of the radiologist mentor.
