Description

This fellowship includes an overview of the most common retroperitoneal and urologic pelvic diseases (excluding prostate), with the main objective of becoming more confident in reading retroperitoneal and urologic pelvic CT and MR studies.

Lectures on relevant anatomy, MR and CT protocols, characterization of adrenal, retroperitoneal, excretory tract, bladder and scrotal masses, VIRADS classification for bladder cancer, tumour staging and follow-up will be presented.

The lectures will be followed by individual case readings, mimicking the daily work and with a common reading session of the cases with interaction and discussion with the participants and the mentor.

Unilabs Academy online radiology fellowships are held in a virtual classroom on Zoom over 3 consecutive afternoons.

Participants are encouraged to engage in discussions using their camera and microphone to recreate the face-to-face experience. In this small group environment among your peers, you are free to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn together with the support of the radiologist mentor.

Live sessions are recorded so that participants can review on their own time following the training.
