Professor of Radiology and Chief of Division of MSK Imaging at University of California, San Diego. 35 years of subspecialty musculoskeletal experience in leading academic hospitals in San Diego, California and Cleveland, Ohio. Has published more than 100 articles and 20 book chapters and presented numerous scientific abstracts and electronic exhibits at leading society meetings. Recipient of several honours and awards including the President’s Medal of the International Skeletal Society (1999), Top Doctors in San Diego (2008-2020) and Radiological Society of North America Honored Educator Award (2019). Member of International Skeletal Society, Radiological Society of North America, Society for Skeletal Radiology, British Society of Skeletal Radiology, and Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Recognized as an educator; has been invited to give more than 80 international lectures and more than 300 lectures within the US.
