Prostate MRI is followed from pre-biopsy diagnosis and lesion localisation to standardised PI-RADS reporting in the peripheral and transition zones. Local staging, lymph nodes, whole-body MRI, treatment planning, follow-up, and active surveillance extend the pathway.
